Hi! My name is Colin Dewsnup. I have been building custom homes in the Magic Valley for over a decade. I have a beautiful wife and six children whom I consider to be my true wealth in this world.

I am a builder, not just another “contractor”. I got into this business because I enjoy physically building homes. Each member of my team of subcontractors is a true craftsman in their respective trades. I don’t just go for the cheapest bid, but the best value for the dollar. When you compare amenities with other homes you will find mine are the tightest and most energy efficient on the block. There are many out there who call themselves builders who don’t actually ever build anything. It is very important to have a builder build your home who actually knows how to build a quality finished product. Therefore, the focus is on Quality not Quantity.

I build only a couple of homes at any given time. This allows me to spend all of my time with those homes to make sure that they are built right. Everything from having the right backhoe guy so the excavation is done right to avoid settlement issues - to sealing all of the tile work so it will continue looking beautiful for years to come. I feel that the things you don’t see are just as important as the things you do.
